Wesley Intermediate was built in 1953 which means it is almost 70 years old. The school buildings are falling apart, have leaks, paint is coming off and windows are fragile and break easily. The government is planning to rebuild Wesley Intermediate in the next few years. There are 3 main steps of rebuilding a school.

Master Plan

Firstly the school will need to come up with a master 

Plan. The school would also need to research ideas 

also compare costs and list materials that are strong and sustainable.

How to wheelie on a motorcycle?

The short answer is that doing a wheelie is not very hard. It's just a matter of balance. All you have to do is scoot back on the bike so the weight is toward the rear wheel, get into a gear where you can really pop the throttle, and then pop the throttle very fast. This sends the front wheel flying upward. Basically you go on a low surface then  put the throttle in the slowest position then drive slowly and put it in the fastest gear and go quite fast then your front tire will go up.
